3.1 Luwii Stays provides full-service and remote property management for vacation rentals, including marketing, guest communication, and maintenance coordination.
3.2 Property owners remain responsible for compliance with local regulations, taxes, and insurance requirements.
3.3 We reserve the right to adjust pricing, optimize listings, and manage bookings in the best interest of maximizing revenue.

4. Remote Property Management

4.1 Remote Management Services: Luwii Stays offers remote property management for owners who are unable to be on-site. Our team handles guest communication, booking management, maintenance coordination, and guest services through digital platforms.
4.2 24/7 Support: Remote owners have access to our support team for any urgent issues or inquiries regarding their property.
4.3 Monitoring & Reporting: Owners receive regular performance reports, including occupancy rates, revenue, guest feedback, and maintenance updates.
4.4 Maintenance Coordination: We will schedule and oversee maintenance, repairs, and cleaning, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards, even when the owner is off-site.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

5.1 Guest cancellations are subject to the cancellation policy stated at the time of booking.
5.2 Owners who wish to withdraw from our property management services must provide a [30/60]-day notice, as specified in their contract.
5.3 Luwii Stays is not responsible for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or force majeure events.

6. Liability & Disclaimers

6.1 Luwii Stays acts as an intermediary between property owners and guests. We are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damages occurring during a guest's stay.
6.2 While we strive to maintain accurate information, we do not guarantee that all content on our website is error-free or up-to-date.
6.3 Property owners are responsible for ensuring their rental complies with local safety and legal regulations.

7. Privacy Policy

7.1 We collect and store personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy to enhance user experience and service efficiency.

8. Legal Disclaimer
